As mentioned in a recent video update, CBC is starting up Life Groups for the Fall!
Although you are welcome to study different topics, we encourage each life group and individual to consider the following options so that everybody will have a common base for relevant questions, conversation, and discussion.
Listed below are the two main study options presented for the coming weeks:
- The Book of James ~ A 'deeper dive' into the passage from the previous Sunday message ~ and discussion.
- Spiritual Beings ~ This series uses 7 videos produced by 'The Bible Project.' New videos are presented every other week, moving you and your group through the end of November. The schedule and links are:

We highly encourage you and your group to download and use the study notes for this series !
More than an add-on, these notes provide an in-depth resource for everything the videos present -
AND a lot more content to help your study and discussion time !
Please remember...
Our plan is to help everyone find a group, connect and participate...in person or through online connections!
Pastoral staff will provide hosting and support for groups through the ZOOM platform to help guide discussion and connect those who are not yet able to meet in person. Please contact Pastoral staff to set up a ZOOM meeting time for yourself and/or your group. You are encouraged to find a group you already spend time with (such as people in your neighborhood, co-workers, Church contacts you see more than Sunday morning,
even you own family/extended family !
The idea is to meet with those we already spend time with to limit possible health issues
from the ongoing virus outbreak.
